Shruti Arya

Shruti Arya is an Associate in the New York office of Ladas & Parry LLP.

Shruti’s practice concentrates on the prosecution, maintenance, protection, and enforcement of trademarks, both domestically and internationally.

Shruti received her Juris Doctor from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia and an Intellectual Property LL.M. from Cardozo School of Law in New York. While at Cardozo, Shruti was a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society and served as LL.M Senator for Cardozo’s Student Bar Association.

Prior to joining Ladas & Parry, Shruti practiced as a trademark attorney at an intellectual property firm in Sydney, where her practice focused on trademark clearance, prosecution and enforcement of trademark rights in Australia and overseas. Shruti also has experience advising on brand protection, policing marks, domain name disputes, combating counterfeiting activities and general commercial matters related to intellectual property.

In her spare time, Shruti enjoys swimming, reading novels, traveling and making memories with her daughter.
