Ravindra Persaud

Ravindra’s practice concentrates on domestic and international trademark prosecution, clearance, maintenance and enforcement, domain names, brand protection, copyright, media, and entertainment.

Prior to joining Ladas & Parry, Ravindra interned at a variety of entertainment companies and an intellectual property law firm. He was a Trademark attorney at a technology company and the In-House Counsel of an entertainment and publishing company. He has also represented various entertainment and media professionals in his own practice.

Ravindra graduated from New York University, where he received B.A. with Honors in History and Classics. He earned his J.D. at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law with a concentration in Intellectual Property and Data Privacy. While at Cardozo, Ravindra was a staff member on the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal and participated in the school’s Indie Film Clinic.

Ravindra is a born and raised New Yorker and loves to experience everything the city has to offer. He is an avid sports fan and a lover of all forms of entertainment media.
