Marius Courcoul

Marius Courcoul is an Associate at Ladas & Parry in the New York office.

Marius’ practices concentrates on trademark prosecution, clearance, maintenance and enforcement, copyrights, domain names and brand protection.

Marius graduated with an LL.M in Intellectual Property from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Marius also earned a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne University and dual Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in French and German laws from Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne University and the University of Cologne.

Prior to joining Ladas & Parry, Marius practiced as an associate at an intellectual property law firm, where he concentrated on trademark prosecution, clearance, brand protection, and copyright. Marius also worked as an associate at an international law firm advising foreign companies on their expansion into the United States.

Born and raised in France, Marius is a native French speaker. He is also fluent in English and German.

In his spare time, Marius enjoys DJ’ing, shopping vinyl records, watching indie films and going to the theater.
