Marie Flandin

Marie Flandin is an Associate of Ladas & Parry, LLP in the New York office.

Marie’s practice concentrates on the contentious and non-contentious aspects of intellectual property relating to trademarks. Her work includes advising in relation to trademark application, renewals, licensing and all aspects of trademark disputes, including infringement, opposition and invalidity actions both domestically and internationally.

Prior to joining the firm, she was trained at Howrey, LLP in New York and at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in Paris where she gained experience in litigation and contract law.

Marie received her law degree from the University of Toulouse in France and her LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Information Technologies from the Fordham University School Of Law. She also received a LL.M in International Law from the City University of London School of Law. She is admitted to practice in France and in the State of New York.

Marie’s native language is French, and she is fluent in English. In her spare time she enjoys traveling.
