Kaval Ali

Kaval Ali is an associate in the New York office of Ladas & Parry LLP.

Kaval’s practice focuses on the prosecution, maintenance, protection, and enforcement of trademarks, both domestically and internationally.

Prior to joining the firm, Kaval practiced as a consultant trademark attorney and branding consultant where she focused on trademark prosecution, enforcement, policing marks, disputes, brand protection including privacy law, marketing law and transactions.

Kaval received her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law. While at Santa Clara Law, she served as President of the South Asian Law Student Association and Co-Secretary for ChIPs SCU Student Chapter. Kaval received her Bachelors of Arts in Politics and Legal Studies from University of California, Santa Cruz. Her native language is English and she is fluent in Urdu.

When not practicing law, Kaval enjoys eating dessert and traveling.
