Evan Arfuso

Evan Arfuso is an associate at Ladas & Parry in the New York office.

Evan’s practice concentrates on domestic and international trademark prosecution, clearance, maintenance and enforcement, domain names, and brand protection.

Prior to joining Ladas & Parry, Evan interned at an intellectual property law firm and was the IP Fellow at a luxury goods company.  He also spent seven years working on brand protection and enforcement matters in the fashion industry.

Evan graduated from The College of New Jersey, where he received a B.S. in Criminology and completed a concentration in Law and Society.  He earned his J.D. at Fordham University School of Law with a concentration in Intellectual Property and Information Law.  While at Fordham, Evan was a staff member on the Fordham Urban Law Journal and participated in the school’s Samuel-Glushko Intellectual Property and Information Law Clinic.

In his spare time, Evan enjoys watching movies and sports, listening to music, and playing video games.
