Ashley Serrano

Ashley Serrano is a Senior Associate at Ladas & Parry’s New York office.

Ashley’s practice concentrates on trademark prosecution, clearance, maintenance and enforcement, domain names, and brand protection.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ashley worked at a boutique law firm where her practice focused primarily on trademark prosecution, as well as intellectual property and commercial litigation and transactions. Ashley also worked at the New York County District Attorney’s Office and interned at a personal injury law firm.

Ashley earned her J.D. from New York Law School, where she was a member of the Intellectual Property Sports Law JobTrack Program and the Latin American Law Student Association. Prior to law school, Ashley attended New York University, where she majored in Psychology and double-minored in Law & Society and Creative Writing.
