UK BREXIT NOTICE EXPECTED BY MARCH 2017 WITH TERMS AFFECTING IP RIGHTS DETERMINED SUBSEQUENTLY

Since the United Kingdom and Gibraltar voted in favor of leaving the European Union (EU) in June 2016, the British Prime Minister, Teresa May has said that notice of the intention to leave will be given before the end of March 2017 and it is then that the terms under which the UK leaves the EU will start.
