REMINDER: INTA 2021 LADAS MEMORIAL AWARD WRITING COMPETITION PAPERS ARE DUE ON MONDAY, MARCH 1, 2021

Ladas & Parry reminds you that papers for the INTA 2021 Ladas Memorial Award Competition are due on Monday, March 1, 2021 in honor of the exceptional contributions to international IP law made by esteemed practitioner and 2013 IP Hall of Fame inductee, Stephen P. Ladas. The competition is now open to students and professionals.

Student Category Winners:
The top two student category winners will each receive $1,250 and a complimentary registration to the 2021 Annual Meeting.

Professional Category Winner:
The professional category winner will receive a complimentary registration to the 2021 Annual Meeting and a copy of Stephen P. Ladas’s three-2021 Ladas Memorial Award Writing Competition is Nvolume treatise, “Patents, Trademarks, and Related Rights”.REMINDER: 2021 Ladas Memorial Award Writing Competition is Now Open

The winning papers will be considered for possible publication in INTA’s The Trademark Reporter (TMR) and will be subject to review and approval by the TMR Committee.

Winners will be announced in early April 2021
