POST BREXIT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY DISCUSSED BY JOHN RICHARDS AS PART OF NYSBA PANEL

On Thursday, November 10th,  John Richards spoke as part of a panel discussion of the New York State Bar Association’s (NYSBA) day-long event on “The Future of Intellectual Property” .  The panel, “Intellectual Property Rights in a Post-BREXIT World,” discussed the potential issues for European trademarks and registered designs as well as enforcement in the world after BREXIT.
