LADAS & PARRY WAS RECENTLY FEATURED IN NEW YORK LAW SCHOOL’S SUMMER SPOTLIGHT
New York Law School recently featured Ladas & Parry in its Summer Spotlight for a look at how its internship program helps NYLS law students get hands on experience for a career in intellectual property law. This summer, Julianne Bagley, a third-year laws student, served as a Trademark Intern at Ladas and shared her experience there as being a “great challenge” and how she felt that Ladas “clearly wants its interns to succeed.”
Danielle Weitzman, a Ladas associate and NYLS 2015 graduate, stated in the article that she got her start at Ladas as an intern and that she was “immersed in client and academic work from day one” and was also quoted as saying, “the experience shaped how I write and provided a strong foundation for my legal career. I often say that I’m a product of Ladas & Parry, and I am happy that my role has come full circle.”
Ladas partner Dennis Prahl, also a NYLS graduate (1989), remarked, “We give interns as much exposure to our day-to-day work as possible,” and says that they often get “very strong feedback from participants about how much they’ve benefitted from their time at the firm.”
