LADAS & PARRY ANNOUNCES THE RETIREMENT OF CLIFFORD MASS ON 10/31/2020

Today we announce the retirement of our longtime colleague Clifford Mass. Mr. Mass began his career at Ladas in 1989 and has served as a Partner of the New York office of the firm since 2001. He will however continue to serve as Of Counsel.

Due to his extensive education in biology and chemistry, Cliff served his clients well with his comprehensive experience in patent preparation and prosecution which included a large area of technologies such as biotech, pharmaceuticals, chemical processing technology and polymer chemistry. In addition to prosecution, he was also a skillful litigator who has served as a lead attorney in complex patent interferences, serving as both first chair and second chair litigation in the Federal courts as well as having prosecuted and argued cases before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences.

Ladas & Parry is grateful to Cliff for all his contributions to the firm and we wish him much happiness in his retirement…much of which we imagine will be spent on the golf course.
