Ladas attorney Boris Umansky was a speaker at DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois during a program entitled “An Introduction to IP Theory and Practice” on February 26th. Mr. Umansky led the students through ways to handle trademark searching, clearance and how to file an application through the USPTO.
