On April 30th, Matthew Asbell served as a panelist in Canada during a program entitled: “The Madrid Protocol: Practical Strategies to Filing a “Universal Application”… or Not.” The program was part of a larger all-day event on “Canada’s New Trademark Regime: The Practical, Tactical Guide to Navigating the Sweeping Changes,” and was held at the Osgoode Professional Development Centre in Toronto.
