Along with our friends at Oliorama, GP, we will be hosting a free extra virgin olive oil tasting and workshop for business, legal and other professionals within (and outside of) the food and beverage industry. Learn about olive oil production, the differences between olive oils as well as some key business and legal issues regarding the production and extra-territorial distribution of this product. There will also be a demonstration of the culinary uses and food parings of olive oil.
