Dennis Prahl will be a panelist on the NYC Bar’s presentation on international expansion of fashion brands on May 28, 2015, 6 pm

Dennis Prahl will serve as a panelist on the New York City Bar Association’s program, “Considerations for International Expansion of Your Fashion Brand” on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at 6:00pm. The program will take place at the bar association headquarters, 42 West 44th Street, New York, and will consist of a discussion of the most recent international trademark developments and considerations for fashion brands contemplating international expansion of their trademarks, including distinctions of trademark filing and prosecution practices in jurisdictions abroad and recent changes to trademark laws of foreign countries. The program is free to City Bar members and costs $20 for non-members.
