Dennis Prahl served as a panelist on the New York City Bar Association’s program, “Considerations for International Expansion of Your Fashion Brand” on Thursday, May 28, 2015. The program took place at the bar association headquarters located at 42 West 44th Street, New York, and consisted of a discussion of the most recent international trademark developments and considerations for fashion brands contemplating international expansion of their trademarks, including distinctions of trademark filing and prosecution practices in jurisdictions abroad and recent changes to trademark laws of foreign countries.
