We represent both plaintiffs and defendants in disputes involving all types of intellectual property and related rights, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, domain names, unfair competition, the right of publicity, as well as libel and First Amendment issues. Our attorneys appear before state and federal courts, the TTAB, the Board of Patent Interferences, and the International Trade Commission as well as represent clients in various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including Uniform Domain-Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) Proceedings.

We assist clients in designing multi-faceted enforcement programs, which utilize an array of enforcement tools, including marketplace surveillance, recordal of rights with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and ex parte seizure of counterfeit merchandise. Our attorneys are highly experienced in anti-counterfeiting.  In fact, our attorneys have trained Customs agents on counterfeit detection and have taken part one of the largest counterfeit luxury watch seizures in U.S. history.
