Ladas & Parry attorney John Richards served as a moderator and speaker during the 32^nd Annual Fordham Intellectual Property Law & Policy Conference held  April 24-25, 2025.

Mr. Richards moderated the session on Patents and Trade Secrets on Friday morning, and spoke on recent case law on the economic prong of the ITC’ s Domestic Industry Requirement in the Patent Potpourri Session on Friday afternoon.
