Molly Hunsinger

Molly Hunsinger is an attorney in the Chicago Office of Ladas & Parry.

Molly is primarily involved in various aspects of trademark clearance, registration, maintenance and enforcement. She has experience in counseling, prosecution and litigation related to trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, software licensing agreements and privacy law concerns.

Prior to working at Ladas & Parry, Molly worked at a boutique law firm where she handled transactional and litigation matters for clients involving a wide range of intellectual property issues. She assisted clients from numerous fields including hospitality, finance, insurance, consulting, marketing and more. Molly also previously worked as a judicial extern for Hon. Sanjay Tailor in the Illinois Circuit Court of Cook County, Chancery Division.

In her free time Molly enjoys rock climbing, camping and reading mystery novels.
