L&P Partner Leads IPO Subcommittee That Results in IPO Quick Response

Ladas & Parry partner Douglas Gallagher, who is also a member of the IPO’s (Intellectual Property Owners Association) US Patent Office Practice Committee, recently finished leading an IPO subcommittee that created a response to a recent USPTO proposed rule change related to terminal disclaimers. Though the USPTO gave only one month to submit comments, the subcommittee was able to prepare and submit a thorough response by the July 9^th deadline as reported in the IPO newsletter.
