Esteban Monge-Morera is an associate in the New York office of Ladas & Parry LLP.
Esteban’s practice focuses on the prosecution, maintenance, protection, and enforcement of trademarks, both domestically and internationally.
Prior to joining the firm, Esteban practiced as an attorney at a top-tier firm in Costa Rica from 2013 to 2019, where he specialized in trademark, unfair competition, counterfeiting disputes, and enforcement matters. Esteban represented high fashion and consumer products brands in court proceedings, settlements, and destruction of counterfeit merchandise.
Esteban received his law degree from Universidad de Costa Rica, and his LL.M. from The George Washington University Law School. His native language is Spanish, and he is fluent in English and has an advanced knowledge of French.
When not practicing law, Esteban enjoys cooking, indoor cycling, reading, and playing the piano.
