Courtney Alleyne is an associate in the New York office of Ladas & Parry LLP.
Courtney’s practice concentrates on domestic and international trademark clearance, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement, domain names, brand protection, copyright, media and entertainment, as well as corporate and transactional matters.
Prior to Ladas & Parry, Courtney practiced at an entertainment and music law firm where she concentrated on drafting and negotiating entertainment and music agreements, marketing agreements, corporate documents, and trademark and copyright registration and maintenance.
Courtney received her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law. While at Fordham, Courtney was an associate editor on the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal, a 1L Student Advisor, a 2L Peer Mentor and a member of the Black Law Students Association and the Media & Entertainment Society. Before law school, Courtney received her BBA at Villanova University: School of Business.
In her spare time, Courtney enjoys going to concerts, trying new restaurants, and is an avid sports fan.
