Asha Dais is an Associate at Ladas & Parry and is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York.
Asha’s practice focuses on trademarks and copyrights. She advises clients on all aspects of U.S. and international trademark law, including trademark prosecution, clearance, maintenance and enforcement.
Asha graduated from Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey in 2016 with a Concentration in Intellectual Property. While at Rutgers, she was a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society, a Student Associate in the Intellectual Property Law Clinic, the Vice President of Community Affairs in the Association of Black Law Students, and Articles Editor on the Rutgers Women Law Journal. Asha graduated Magna Cum Laude and earned a B.A. from Drew University in Philosophy and Spanish.
Prior to joining Ladas & Parry, Asha worked as an Associate at a small IP law firm in New Jersey where she handled foreign and domestic trademark prosecution, copyright registration, and trademark and copyright litigation. After law school, Asha did a Superior Court Clerkship in the Essex County Civil Division with the Honorable Grace L. Spencer.
In her free time Asha loves to do power yoga and watch and write movie critiques.
