The Hague Agreement for International Protection of Designs Has Entered Into Force for Mexico on 6/6/2020

On June 6, 2020 The Hague Agreement went into force in Mexico. This agreement provides the means of protection for Mexican industrial designs within the Hague System. Under the Hague Treaty, parties from participating countries may file a single application for protection of a design that will be effective in all countries that are parties to the treaty unless one of those countries raises an objection to the application.
