SCOTUS DECIDES TO HEAR IANCU v. BRUNETTI REGARDING ‘OFFENSIVE’ WORD AS A TRADEMARK

The U.S. Supreme Court decided today to hear the case of Iancu v. Brunetti regarding the possibility that the Lanham Act violates a fashion designer’s freedom of speech in preventing him from registering the trademark for the term FUCT.
