Matthew Asbell taught a course entitled, “Intellectual Property for the Modern, Multi-National Business” on July 11th at the Cardozo School of Law.
The course covered:
- What can be protected as intellectual property in different jurisdictions?
- How do laws, practices, and processes of obtaining and enforcing intellectual property differ by jurisdiction?
- What are the practical implications of differing IP laws and treaties that impact a company’s bottom line?
