L&P ATTORNEY SPOKE DURING AN INTRO TO IP THEORY & PRACTICE PROGRAM IN CHICAGO ON 4/13/21

On April 13^th, Ladas attorney Boris Umansky was a speaker at the DePaul University College of Law, Center for Intellectual Property Law & Information Technology (CIPLIT) in Chicago, Illinois for an event entitled: “Introduction to IP Theory & Practice 2021: Session 3 – Trademark Practice.” Boris led the students through practical approaches to trademark searching and clearance as well as filing applications at the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO).
