LADAS ATTORNEY JOHN RICHARDS WAS MODERATOR AND SPEAKER AT THE FORDHAM INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW AND POLICY CONFERENCE ON MARCH 31 – APRIL 1, 2016

On March 31 – April 1, 2016 John Richards was a moderator and speaker at the Fordham Intellectual Property Law and Policy Conference at the  Fordham University School of Law in New York City.

Mr. Richards was the moderator of a panel discussion on trade secrets and he also was a speaker regarding the Lexmark v. Impression case in Patent Session 5B entitled, “Patent Potpourri.”
