JOHN RICHARDS TO BE SPEAKER AND MODERATOR DURING THE 28th ANNUAL FORDHAM IP LAW & POLICY CONFERENCE APRIL 8-9, 2021

Ladas attorney John Richards will serve as a moderator and a speaker during the upcoming 2021 – 28^th Annual Fordham Intellectual Property Law and Policy Conference to be held online, April 8-9.

He will will serve as a moderator on Friday, April 9^TH from 10:30 am -12 pm for the session entitled: “International Patent Developments.”  Also that day, Mr. Richards will be a speaker for the session entitled: “Standing Requirement for Losing Challengers in PTAB Proceedings to Appeal to Federal Circuit” from 12:20 PM – 1:25PM.
