THE FEDERAL TRADE SECRETS BILL WAS PASSED BY U.S. CONGRESS

The Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016 has passed in the U.S. Senate (S1890) and the House of Representatives (HR3326), and is expected to be signed into law by President Obama soon.  Read more here.
