Kai-Wen (Karen) Hsieh is an Associate at Ladas & Parry in the New York office.
Karen’s practice concentrates on trademarks, copyrights, domain names, brand protection, and intellectual property transactions.
Karen earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law with a concentration in Intellectual Property. She was an Articles Editor in the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution and the Outreach Coordinator of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
Karen was born and raised in Taiwan. She graduated from New York University, where she received her B.A. in Economics and M.A. in Music Business. During law school and the Music Business master’s program, she interned at several renowned music companies, such as ASCAP, Sony Music Entertainment, the Webman Group, Atlantic Records, and Reservoir Media Management.
In her spare time, Karen enjoys attending concerts and shows, traveling, and trying out new restaurants.
