Jennifer Kwon is an associate in the New York office of Ladas & Parry.

Jennifer’s practice focuses primarily on protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets. In addition to opinion and advisory work, she has gained substantial experience before federal and state courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and has participated in all stages of trial. She has also advised on intellectual property aspects of commercial transactions and selection, clearance, prosecution, and use of trademarks.

Jennifer earned her J.D. with honors from Emory University School of Law, where she was a managing editor of the Emory Law Journal, and her B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time in the North Fork of Long Island.
