Elizabeth A. Linford is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Ladas & Parry.
She specializes in domestic and international trademark clearance, prosecution and counseling, global trademark portfolio management and strategy, and all matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Additionally, Elizabeth is head of the Digital Brands Practice in the Los Angeles Office of Ladas & Parry, handling all matters relating to domain name management, protection, acquisition and recovery, including both defense and prosecution of domain name disputes under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). Elizabeth counsels clients around the globe in a wide variety of industries, including entertainment, cosmetics, apparel, technology, wine and liquor, construction and engineering, and personal health and nutrition.
Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from California State University and her J.D. from McGeorge School of Law. She served as a judicial extern in the U.S. District Court, Central Division of California, under the Honorable R. J. Groh, Jr., U.S. Magistrate Judge, and completed internships at the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of the U.S. Attorney, and California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General.
In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys tennis, hiking, cooking, watching football and hockey, interior decorating and music. She is a member of the Phi Delta Phi sorority.
